Scott Erickson serves as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Clearwater Analytics (NYSE: Clearwater), a role he has held since April 2023. In this capacity, he leads global revenue strategy, builds high-performance teams, and drives client success across Clearwater’s worldwide operations.
A 20-year Clearwater veteran, Scott joined the company in 2005 as a New Account Manager and has since advanced through senior leadership roles spanning Client Services, Product Management, and Sales. In the company’s early years, he was instrumental in onboarding Clearwater’s inaugural client accounts and building the Product Management function from the ground up. He went on to spearhead the development of Clearwater’s investment accounting, analytics, and reporting platform for the insurance market, later expanding its reach into asset management.
From 2013 to 2016, as Director of Client Services and Product Management, Scott led go-to-market strategy for new products and services while driving Clearwater’s expansion into international markets. He subsequently served as Chief Operating Officer from 2017 to 2021, and as President of Americas and New Markets from 2021 to 2023, before assuming his current role.
Throughout his tenure, Scott has been a driving force behind the growth and evolution of Clearwater’s platform — extending its capabilities and market presence across the insurance, asset management, corporate, and government sectors.



Lisa Widdowson is the VP, Head of Product for Insurance and Asset Owners. She brings over two decades of experience in investment operations, technology, and front-to-back transformation expertise from EY’s Wealth and Asset Management Consulting practice. solutions that drive innovation and improve client outcomes. Throughout her career, Lisa has developed go-to-market strategies to drive accounts, solutions, technology partnerships, and market segments across asset managers, insurance, asset owners, and private equity firms. At CWAN, she leads product strategy for insurance and asset owners, delivering integrated solutions that drive innovation and improve client outcomes.


Barrie Mellin is the Head of North America Client Relationships at Clearwater, where she leads North America client relationships and Global Risk and Performance. In this role, she works closely with clients to transform investment operations, drive innovation, and scale solutions that meet the evolving needs of our diverse clients.
Before joining Clearwater, Barrie spent over 20 years at BlackRock, where she held multiple senior leadership roles. Most recently, she was Managing Director responsible for U.S. client relationship management for strategic insurance clients. Prior to that, she led U.S. relationship management for Aladdin Wealth Tech, and held leadership positions across global strategy and planning, the Financial Markets Advisory Group, and institutional account management for both U.S. and international clients.
Barrie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.


James Sarvis is a Managing Director and the Head of Quant & Portfolio Analytics for Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York.
Prior to joining Blackstone in 2021, Mr Sarvis worked at Goldman Sachs as a Managing Director in Corporate Treasury, where he was the Head of Asset-Liability Management Strategies. He previously worked as a credit desk strategist at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
Mr Sarvis received a master’s degree in electrical engineering, and bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and electrical engineering, from MIT. He has been a CFA charter holder since 2008.


Seaver Call is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Arch Investment Management Ltd. He joined Arch in June 2022 and has responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations and several strategic initiatives. From October 2020 to May 2022, Seaver was responsible for the digital transformation at Bermuda-based Clarien Bank. Before relocating to Bermuda, he served as a Vice President at M&T Bank, focusing on process improvement across retail and commercial banking as well as the trust business. From 2011 to 2018, Seaver held various operational roles with Citigroup Global Markets Inc., including managing derivatives and structured notes middle office. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bond University in Australia and a Master of Finance from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.


Dennis Lee brings nearly 30 years of experience across the insurance, asset management, pension, and asset owner industries. He currently serves as the Global Head of Solutions at Clearwater Analytics, where he is responsible for strategizing and solving complex problems across technology, business lifecycle, and operating model transformation. Dennis partners directly with clients to assess their current state, identify the true cost of inaction, develop practical and executable solutions, and architect real forward looking changes.
Prior to joining Clearwater, Dennis spent 20 years in management, advisory, and strategy consulting at Deloitte, PwC, and EY, where he held global leadership roles and led dozens of clients through major transformations. His deep consulting background gives him a unique ability to bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational execution — understanding both what needs to change and how to make that change stick.
Before his tenure at the major consultancies, Dennis was a trader and general securities principal at a hedge fund, giving him firsthand front-office perspective that informs how he approaches back-office and data challenges today. This combination of buy-side experience, Big Four consulting leadership, and technology platform expertise enables Dennis to speak credibly across the full investment lifecycle — from trading desk to general ledger.


Tom Fleming is a Managing Principal in HSBC Asset Management’s Private Credit capability, based in London. He has 22 years’ experience in the financial industry, including nearly 20 years with the HSBC Group.
Tom was among the initial members of the HSBC Direct Lending team when it launched in 2020. He now leads new product innovation and solutions across HSBC Asset Management’s Private Credit platform. Prior to his current role, Tom was Senior Product Specialist for HSBC’s Securitised Credit capabilities.
Before joining Asset Management in 2013, Tom worked on the Structured Credit and Secondary Loan Trading desks within HSBC Global Banking & Markets. He began his career at Credit Suisse in the Capital Markets division in London.
Tom holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Bath and an MSc in Financial Mathematics from the University of Edinburgh.


Gary Zhu is a Senior Vice President, the Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Insurance and Global Head of Insurance Portfolio Management. He is responsible for portfolio performance, strategic positioning and customized investment solutions for AB’s Insurance platform. Under Zhu’s leadership, the Multi-Sector Insurance team has been consecutively named Investment Team of the Year from 2022 to 2025 by Insurance Asset Risk. He joined AB in 2020 as the global head of Multi-Sector Insurance on the Fixed Income team, primarily focusing on developing and implementing multi-sector income portfolio strategies. In 2021, Zhu was named director of Insurance Portfolio Management, where he led AB Fixed Income’s insurance business. He was also a portfolio manager on the US Investment Grade Credit and Sustainable Thematic Credit teams until 2026, as the Insurance team expanded outside of fixed income. Prior to joining AB, Zhu was a senior publishing research analyst and the head of cross-sector research at Wells Fargo Securities. He ranked first for cross-asset strategy in the 2019 Institutional Investor survey and earned the title of Best Cross-Asset Analyst in Global Fixed Income Strategy. Before joining Wells Fargo, Zhu was a senior securitized assets trader and portfolio manager at Genworth Financial, where he managed ~$10 billion of fixed-income investments. Prior to his portfolio-management role, Zhu helped manage Genworth’s $70 billion general account, with a focus on US and European banking exposures during the 2008 financial crisis, and held various roles across the company. He holds a BS (summa cum laude) in finance and economics from Virginia Commonwealth University and an executive MBA (with Dean’s Honors) from Columbia Business School. Zhu serves on the board of VCU Investment Management Company and is a member of its Investments Committee. He is a senior advisor to the Structured Finance Association’s flagship Structured Finance Journal, a double-blind, peer-reviewed publication dedicated to advancing research within the structured fixed-income markets. Zhu is a recognized leader in the commercial real estate market, earning the CRE Finance Council’s 20 Under 40 award in 2023, a recognition for distinguished professionals who have positively impacted the commercial real estate finance industry. He is a CFA charterholder and holds the Fellow, Life Management Institute designation. Location: New York


Richard is Controller for 1823 and is responsible for the Finance, Reporting & Trade Operations functions for the business.
Before joining 1823, Richard spent time as the Controller for Prosperity Asset Management, Boothbay Fund Management and Hildene Capital Management, where he was responsible for managing the finance, accounting, tax and financial reporting functions. Richard started his career as an auditor at KPMG.
Richard earned his B.S. and MBA with concentration in Accountancy from St. John’s University.




Matthew Vegari is Head of Research at Clearwater Analytics. He conducts tactical and thematic research on the economy and financial markets, leveraging Clearwater’s proprietary data to help investors navigate the business environment.



Nick started his career at EY in London, staying for 9 years before moving to L&G as IFRS 17 Technical Policy lead, responsible for creating the Groups IFRS 17 accounting policies. In 2023 he moved to Bermuda with L&G Reinsurance as Head of Technical Accounting and Regulatory Reporting.
