To continue to give our clients the cutting-edge technology solutions that allow them to grow, optimize, and scale their operations, we’re thrilled to announce that Clearwater has agreed to acquire JUMP Technology. What makes this acquisition especially exciting is that it accelerates our new expanded vision to bring a unified platform for the entire investment lifecycle to the marketplace.

• Portfolio Management System (PMS) / Order Management System (OMS) – Asset managers and owners alike can access real-time positions and values, build models, and simulate both prospective and historical scenarios to drive returns, mitigate risk, and understand exposures. Traders can send orders to the market across brokers, via the FIX protocol for execution, then rebalance portfolios and manage allocations, while screening for potential compliance issues pre-trade, in real-time. Working seamlessly with the Clearwater platform, it can provide an end-to-end solution for the entire investment lifecycle.

• Performance Analysis – Investment teams of all sizes can access performance in real-time, with the ability to break down returns as granular as the security level, measure against customized benchmarks, manage to models, run what-if scenarios, and view custom sector attribution across return types.
• End-to-End Platform – Asset managers as well as hedge fund managers will find the complete end-to-end solution spanning portfolio management, order management, validation, performance, accounting, customer relationship management, and reporting from a single, unified cloud-based platform to be a pathway to modernizing infrastructure for growth. For asset managers and owners this solution becomes a competitive differentiation.
• Unit Linked Funds – European insurance companies managing Unit Linked Funds can access a complete set of tools to track agents, liabilities, valuations, and reconciliation, complemented by full support on the accounting of the funds, including Net Asset Valuation (NAV) and supporting validations.
